Agenda

Day 1

Evening (5pm): Arrivals, orientation to program, sunset walk and dinner with local ingredients, movement session

Day 2

Morning: Sunrise nature walk, Green workout, introduction to the science of bio-happiness
 

Afternoon: Personal wellbeing assessment, goal-setting workshop, individual coaching sessions, digital detox challenge
 

Evening: Group cooking class using bio-happy ingredients, stargazing

Day 3

Morning: Sunrise walk, action planning for integrating bio-happiness into daily life, creating personal rituals
 

Afternoon ( till 5pm): Group work, closing ceremony and reflections, farewell and continued support resources

  • What exactly is the Cardio+ protocol?
    The Cardio+ protocol is a 9-day residential intervention combining strategic forest immersion, precision fasting, and guided activities designed to restore natural cholesterol-vitamin D pathways. It's based on three scientific pillars: epigenetics, autophagy, and eco-psychology.
  • Is this protocol safe for everyone?
    The protocol is generally safe for most adults, but we conduct careful screening to ensure it's appropriate for each participant. Those with certain medical conditions may receive modified protocols or be advised to consult with their physician before participating.
  • How is this different from statins or other conventional treatments?
    Unlike statins which block cholesterol production (with potential side effects like muscle weakness, cognitive issues, and diabetes risk), the Cardio+ protocol aims to restore natural pathway function. This addresses root causes rather than symptoms, potentially offering comprehensive benefits without the side effects associated with pharmaceutical interventions.
  • What scientific evidence supports this approach?
    The protocol draws on established research in multiple fields, including the Nobel Prize-winning research on autophagy, studies on forest bathing's impact on cardiovascular health, and research on fasting's effects on metabolic markers. Our team has documented significant improvements in preliminary studies, and this research aims to further validate these findings under controlled conditions.
  • How much time commitment is required for participation?
    Participants will need to commit to 3 cycles of the 9-day residential/home protocol, plus pre-study assessment (approximately 2 hours) and follow-up measurements at 30, 60, and 365 days (approximately 1 hour each). Total time commitment is approximately 27 days plus follow-up assessments.
  • Where will the study take place?
    The study will be conducted at the Moodforest campus in Madhya Pradesh, and other sites in Kerala and Uttarakhand, which has been specifically designed to optimize the protocol's environmental factors. For international participants, we can provide guidance on travel and accommodation arrangements.
