At Moodforest, we understand that sometimes plans change—and that's okay. We’re here to help make things as smooth and fair as possible. Here's how our cancellation and refund policy works:
 
💡 Need to Cancel?
We totally get it—life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel your booking, you may do so within 24 hours of making your reservation to be eligible for a full refund. Just send us a quick email at hello@moodforest.co with your booking details, and we’ll take care of it, no questions asked.
 
⏳ After 24 Hours
Since we start preparing things behind the scenes soon after your booking, we’re unable to offer refunds after the initial 24-hour window. This helps us maintain quality, schedule capacity fairly, and keep experiences special for everyone involved.
We hope for your understanding and are always happy to reschedule or offer credit where possible—just reach out and we’ll do our best to support you.
